I have a very high metabolism rate hence I don't gain weight when I eat a lot.

I have many favourite foods. Few of them are Nasi Lemak, Domino's Pizza, Nando's, MOM's COOKING ( filled with lotsa love and kindness), Chinese food and many more.
Here is a recipe for a item that I love the most and will never get bored of eating it

This is Yam ring basket with dried chili chicken (Chinese Food)
They taste really awesome and filling.
I would recommend this for family gatherings and in a big groups.
Ingredients
Serves: 6
- For the yam rings:
- 500 g yams, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 30 g wheat starch flour
- Oil for cooking
- For the Filling :
- 1 skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) rice wine
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 dried mushrooms, soaked and sliced
- 1 can baby corn, diced
- 1 carrot, diced and blanched
- 20 g snow peas, blanched
- 70 g roasted cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) rice wine
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Oil for cooking
