 Places

There are many places in the world every one would like to visit. They would have their own reasons for the place to choose.

For me, I would like to go to a  peaceful place.

Free from the busy roads and smoke from factories.

I would like to go to Canada.

I feel they are rich in nature and beautiful scenery which can relax one's mind and feeling.

They are in the colours of nature which are really cooling for the eyes.






They really make a picture looks beautiful and mesmerizing.

Makes a beautiful portrait of nature.

Unforgettable Memories

Memories

Why do I love looking at pictures ? Because the memories doesn't change even if the person changed.

A quote that I hold on when ever I think about a memory.

A memory that I will never forget is when I was the New Year Celebration of 2012.

I was in Seremban at my cousin's house and we decided to do a bbq party. We got ready and the girls including me took 3 hours to get ready. :p . We were busy choosing attire,make-ups and hair styles. Haha
1st, my brother and sister in law brought me to McDonalds. I ate Spicy Chicken Mcdeluxe.
 Yummy!! I just love Mcd. Then we went to our relatives house for the bbq party.

After we reached there, we greeted everyone who were there and I was so happy cause I met everyone who were there. I missed them so muchie. There were chicken, pork, nuggets, sausage, and many more. There were lots of varieties for the crowd.

I ate chicken and sausage while talking to my friends and relatives.

Then, the were snapping picture sessions, fire crackers and music session.

We also created ''2012'' using phone lights.

The music was blasting off and I enjoyed every single moment of it.

I was really happy because everyone made an effort to gather together after a long time.

I hope this goes on for every year.

Mam Mam Time !!

Food!

I love food to the maximum.
 I have a very high metabolism rate hence I don't gain weight when I eat a lot.

''Eat to live, Don't live to eat''

I have many favourite foods. Few of them are Nasi Lemak, Domino's Pizza, Nando's, MOM's COOKING ( filled with lotsa love and kindness), Chinese food and many more.

Here is a recipe for a item that I love the most and will never get bored of eating it

Buddhist Yam Delight (Fried Yam Rings with Cashew Chicken)

This is Yam ring basket with dried chili chicken (Chinese Food)

They taste really awesome and filling.

I would recommend this for family gatherings and in a big groups.

Ingredients

Serves: 6
  • For the yam rings:
  • 500 g yams, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 30 g wheat starch flour
  • Oil for cooking 

  • For the Filling :
  • 1 skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) rice wine
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 dried mushrooms, soaked and sliced
  • 1 can baby corn, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced and blanched
  • 20 g snow peas, blanched
  • 70 g roasted cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Oil for cooking

College

Kirkby International College is still a new college in Cyberjaya. It is private teacher training institute, basically from Liverpool.  Here a few pictures of the college building.



They're preety cool right ? There are free wifi access,  friendly lecturers and many more. There many activities carried out by the Student Council of Kirkby International College. The first and the most memorable event was the Merdeka Raya Celebration. It is in conjunction with the Independence Day and Hari Raya Celebration. All the students participated in this 2 days event. 

The students helped to decorate the hall with colorful balloons, ribbons and many more.








1st day was the Games Day . They were many games like kiss the flour, coconut bowling, environment friendly fashion show and many more. Everyone had a very good time having fun with lots of laughter. Here are some pictures of it.


















On the 2nd day, it was a day filled with performances. All the students performed and it was like a family. The President and The Principal of Kirkby International College was very happy till tears flows.
